Documenting this magnificent 5 BHK duplex at DLF Magnolias, Gurgaon, was an exercise in capturing international design excellence brought to life by the acclaimed Italian architectural studio, PLS Design. Known globally for their work across elite destinations like Rome, Dubai, London, and New Delhi, PLS Design approaches spaces with a strict European psychology—focusing on minimalist geometry, seamless spatial transitions, and a sophisticated harmony of raw and refined textures.

This specific residence is a faithful, high-fidelity replication of an elite luxury property conceptualized by PLS Design in Dubai. Translating a high-end Dubai layout into the expansive vertical volume of a DLF Magnolias duplex required an intimate understanding of the architects’ original vision. The interiors embrace a warm, grounding color palette defined by rich browns, soft beiges, and subtle metallic accents. Every square foot is meticulously planned to balance grand social areas—such as the double-height living spaces, party-ready expanses, and open balconies overlooking the golf course—with intimate, serene private quarters. A dedicated, exquisitely detailed mandir stands as a testament to the studio’s rare ability to seamlessly weave cultural reverence into contemporary, high-end European spatial frameworks.

Capturing a sprawling, multi-level ultra-luxury residence like a 5 BHK duplex at DLF Magnolias requires a disciplined, multi-day technical approach. Executed over a rigorous three-day timeline, our documentation process captured the property across shifting natural lighting conditions:
