About This Project

Orange Images Photography has captured a powerful, behind-the-scenes narrative of the Ellutala Wind Farm in Andhra Pradesh, shifting the focus from the massive 57-turbine skyline to the skilled engineers who keep them spinning. This series documents a “day in the life” of the site team, moving past staged corporate art to reveal the authentic sincerity and technical rigour required to manage one of India’s premier wind assets. The visual story follows the engineers through their relentless daily cycle of site inspections and performance reviews, ensuring that every turbine is contributing its maximum potential to the grid.

The photography highlights the high-stakes reality of maintenance when a turbine requires intervention. Orange Images captures the transition from digital monitoring to physical action, documenting engineers as they don proper safety gear, including high-visibility helmets and full-body harnesses, to scale the towering structures. The imagery provides an intimate look at the specialized toolkits and internal machinery as the team troubleshoot components with surgical precision. Despite the physical demands of the job, the collection radiates a sense of professional happiness and fulfillment, portraying a team that is genuinely proud to be the human force behind ReNew’s sustainable energy mission.
