Project Documentation & Pre-Shoot Vision

Before initiating the shoot, a comprehensive proposal presentation was structured and submitted to the client as an operational roadmap and checklist. For major corporate assignments like Rio Tinto, developing this pre-pitch presentation ensures absolute alignment with the brand’s internal communication goals. On-site, it served as a functional checklist for our team to track milestones and guarantee comprehensive coverage of the human element across Rio Tinto’s ecosystem.

Building upon the headshot production, this second phase shifted focus to documenting the living pulse of everyday employee life. Designed specifically for internal communications, HR initiatives, and emailers, the goal was to curate an authentic library of internal stock images showcasing collaborative environments, hierarchy in motion, and cross-team synergy.

• Full-Time Professional Makeup & Grooming Support: Deployed a dedicated makeup artist service on-site to ensure all participating employees maintained a polished, professional appearance throughout the production.

• Staged Authenticity & Posing Direction: Rather than pure candids, we meticulously orchestrated and staged the scenes to look completely natural. For team interactions, we guided employees on hierarchy positioning and natural props—such as carrying a laptop to simulate an active work discussion.

• Quiet, Non-Disruptive Operational Workflow: Integrated seamlessly into active office environments without disrupting workflow or making subjects camera-conscious, capturing sincere dedication across individual and group settings.
