Shailja and Shraddha share a creative partnership that spans over two decades, rooted in mutual respect, artistic synergy, and a shared vision for impactful visual storytelling. Their journey began in 2004 when they met as students of fine arts, and evolved into a professional collaboration in 2008 that continues to thrive. Both artists hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Arts, where photography was a central subject. Their early training in black-and-white roll film photography and darkroom processing laid the groundwork for a deep understanding of photographic fundamentals. This analog foundation not only shaped their aesthetic sensibilities but also instilled a discipline that continues to inform their digital practice. Further honing their craft, Shailja and Shraddha pursued Master’s degrees with a specialization in photography, expanding their technical repertoire and conceptual depth. Their academic and professional paths have remained intertwined, allowing them to build a body of work that reflects both individual strengths and a unified creative direction. Together, they have cultivated a studio practice that spans architectural, industrial, gastronomic, corporate, and fine art photography—each project benefiting from their complementary perspectives and collaborative spirit.
I am Shraddha , a passionate artist since 16 years professionally. Having done my graduation in Fine Arts, photography had my heart since beginning, may be because my father was very passionate about it in his youth and unfortunately couldn't carry it forward. But he's been very supportive when I ultimately decided to become one. As nothing comes easy, I've had my shares of struggles but with focus and determination I stuck to this beautiful medium of art for my story telling. Have been blessed to have many national and international clients on my work map. From Haldiram's to Theos , from Maui Jim to Skyborne. From luxurious weddings to clicking milestones of babies. My gear and me , we've been working with open wings. Over 16-17 different genres and expertise in people and food photography this journey has been blissful and I plan to continue this till I have strength to lift up my gears and to spread the knowledge and experiences I've gained over the years to aspiring ones. As i always say!! " I have a superpower , I can freeze moments forever, what's yours?"
